Balance Point Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for a highly motivated Sales Person to handle outside sales of residential heating, air conditioning, and indoor comfort systems. This position offers a salary/commission structure with a competitive compensation range of $120,000 – $200,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous Sales Experience Dealing Directly with Customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform outside sales of residential heating, air-conditioning, and indoor comfort systems.
• Act on company generated leads and self-generated leads.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to sales.
