Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a polished Elite Client Support Consultant for a fully remote role. You will assist clients from planning through final preparation, coordinating services and maintaining detailed itineraries. Training is provided and no prior travel experience is required.

You will research options, communicate updates, handle routine changes, and build knowledge of destinations and suppliers while working with a remote team and flexible scheduling.

• Coordinate services and keep reservations, schedules and itineraries organized.
• Provide consistent client support and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Review booking information for accuracy and track deadlines.
