• Close deals by turning company-provided appointments into signed purchase agreements.
• Master your Hampton Roads market by analyzing property values, repairs, and comps.
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners to create win‑win solutions.
• Track performance and manage your CRM against aggressive goals.
• Collaborate with Lead Managers and Dispositions teams to move deals to closing.
