• Build an elite buyer network and relationships with investors throughout Hampton Roads.
• Market properties, negotiate offers, and close deals profitably.
• Analyze comps, ARVs, repair estimates, and investor margins to position properties.
• Track pipeline, follow up, and coordinate with Acquisitions and Marketing teams.
• Represent the company to the local investor community and generate opportunities.
