Job summary

Kensington Private Client in the United States is seeking an exceptional Private Client Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will deliver highly personalized travel planning and ensure every element meets Kensington Private Client's standards.

You will be the single point of contact across Kensington, planning hotels, air, transfers, villas, yachts, expeditions, and private aviation, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury travel or high-touch client services.
• Experience with villas, yachts, private aviation is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple journeys and households simultaneously.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Commercially minded with focus on client retention and growth.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Build deep, long-term relationships by understanding client preferences and proactively anticipating needs.
• Plan and manage travel arrangements including hotels, air, transfers, villas, yachts and private aviation.
• Coordinate across Kensington teams to deliver complex travel experiences seamlessly.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight from initial request through post-trip follow-up.
• Act as a final quality-control layer to ensure recommendations reflect client preferences.
