Kensington is seeking a Luxury Travel Advisor (Destination Expert) to design fully customized travel experiences for discerning clients. You will converse with clients to uncover preferences, then translate insights into bespoke itineraries crafted from scratch.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll work with in-destination partners to realize each experience, manage the relationship end-to-end, and ensure exceptional service from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Self-driven with accountability for results, including targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, connect, and build trust.
• Genuine passion for travel and curiosity about destinations and cultures.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client journeys.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and priorities.
• Design and present fully customized itineraries with high value (avg bookings $25k–$30k).
• Present proposals with storytelling to bring journeys to life.
• Proactively manage your pipeline from inquiry to close with clear ownership.
• Navigate objections and provide solutions to reinforce trust and commitment.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience throughout the booking journey.
• Leverage post-travel engagements to generate repeat business and referrals.
