You’ll build a small but mighty team, source vessels and aircraft, and coordinate contracts, payments, and pre‑departure arrangements, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in a dynamic, service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of private aviation experience in charter sales, brokerage, or flight coordination.
• At least one year of professional yacht industry experience in charter sales, operations, or related role.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage yacht and private jet leads, source vessels and aircraft, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Coordinate contracts, payments, client preferences, and pre-departure arrangements.
• Maintain organized sales pipeline, build client relationships, and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
