Job summary

Kensington is seeking an UltraLuxe Destination Expert to plan, sell, and execute highly customized journeys for UHNWIs and luxury travelers. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting exceptional itineraries with a global network of luxury partners and DMCs, managing client relationships from first inquiry through delivery.

The role demands after-hours support when needed, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset in a fast-paced luxury travel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury/high-end travel with UHNW clients.
• Strong destination knowledge and firsthand travel experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Ability to design and sell highly customized, complex itineraries.
• Experience managing the full client journey from inquiry to trip completion.
• Knowledge of luxury hotels, DMCs, private experiences, and specialty suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple itineraries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with discerning clients and partners.
• Willingness to provide after-hours client support when required.
