Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment presents a Director of Private Clients role for a prestigious bespoke travel company. Based in the United States, you will initiate and nurture relationships with ultra-high-value clients, leveraging personal networks, referrals, luxury brands, and events to drive bespoke travel enquiries and revenue.

You will maintain tailored relationship plans, use CRM records to anticipate needs, and work with Travel Operations and Bespoke Travel Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face relationship development with Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• comfortable engaging with ultra-high-value individuals at events.
• An existing network of contacts is desirable.
• Strong understanding of how and where to network effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through personal networks, referrals, luxury brands, family offices, wealth managers, PAs/EAs and other high-value introductions.
• Attend relevant events to develop relationships with prospective high-value clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with private clients through highly personal engagement, regular contact and exclusive experiences.
• Maintain tailored relationship plans and CRM records, using a deep understanding of each client to drive enquiries, repeat travel and revenue.
• Anticipate future travel needs and identify new opportunities through proactive conversations, turning ideas into high-value travel enquiries in collaboration with the Travel Operations and Bespoke Travel Sales teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s preferences, travel history and expectations.
