Kensington, a leader in private travel experiences, seeks a self‑driven professional to manage yacht and private jet charters from inquiry to wheels‑up. You will handle high‑value clients and tailor itineraries across luxury vessels and aircraft.

You’ll build a small but mighty team, source vessels and aircraft, and coordinate contracts, payments, and pre‑departure arrangements, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in a dynamic, service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of private aviation experience in charter sales, brokerage, or flight coordination.
• At least one year of professional yacht industry experience in charter sales, operations, or related role.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and meet revenue targets.
