Job summary

HUB International in Dallas, TX is seeking a Private Client Account Manager to manage affluent client relationships and personal lines accounts with autonomy. You will prepare reviews, coordinate with producers, and ensure optimal program coverage while maintaining HUB’s service standards.

The role calls for experience with high net worth carriers, excellent English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with high net worth insurance carriers (including Chubb) is required.
• Experience with large Personal Lines accounts and affluent clients is required.
• Experience and proficiency in an insurance Account Management role is required.
• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred.
• CE credits in required lines/states are current.
• Holds current Texas General Agents License.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business, including personal lines accounts for affluent clients, with autonomy and discretion.
• Prepares annual review reports and conducts client meetings to review programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborates with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal processes.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Understands client insurance objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; negotiates with underwriters as needed.
• Troubleshoots claims and billing issues.
• Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads; pursues cross-selling opportunities.
