Job summary

Bank of Hawaii seeks a Private Banking Relationship Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive client relationships, offering expert advice on credit, deposits and investment services. You will navigate complex financial scenarios, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-level service.

You will work with Wealth Management specialists, manage portfolios, and drive growth while aligning with ESS principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry is required within 30 days of employment or transfer date.
• 3-4 years of Commercial lending/Private Banking lending experience and 3-4 years of client portfolio management experience for Level I; 5-6 years for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial advice in private banking, personal trust and investments and identify opportunities.
• Retain, grow, and manage high net worth client relationships and approve structures for credit facilities.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act and related policies and procedures.
• Conduct sales and relationship management activities using ESS disciplines.
