Qualifications

• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry; if not registered, must complete within 30 days.

• Minimum 3 years in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch client experience with proactive engagement and showcasing 21st century banking tech.
• Process a wide range of financial transactions and balance own cash; assist vault/ATM duties.
• Identify and secure new clients, cross-sell products and support sales goals; train new staff.
• Stay informed on bank policies, regulations and new products; support marketing/promotions.
