Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Premier Client Support Specialist to support private banking clients across Arizona. You will partner with Private Bankers to handle loan inquiries, deposits, and banking products, delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ year of related banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Normal hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in banking operations or customer service.
• Knowledge of consumer and business account opening.
• Strong customer service for high-touch clients.
• Familiar with common office software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Private Bankers to support a portfolio of private banking clients.
• Assist clients with opening and maintaining deposit accounts and services.
• Process loan advances, paydowns, and wire transactions.
• Communicate with customers to ensure needs are met.
• Provide administrative support to the private banking team.
• Gather loan due diligence items with lending teams and clients.
• Perform quality reviews of legal docs, data, and filings.
• Manage reporting for the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with management to research and resolve client issues.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
