Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Relationship Banking Specialist to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank at our Biltmore Corporate Office. The role focuses on servicing a commercial client portfolio, opening depository accounts, processing loan requests, and ensuring timely, accurate handling of banking transactions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in bank operations or customer service, with a professional demeanor and strong client service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of bank operations, customer service, admin support or related experience.
• Lending experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of relationship banking products and loan documents.
• Front-line role with interaction with executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) with a portfolio of commercial banking clients, handling routine servicing needs.
• Open and maintain depository services, process loan advances/paydowns, deposits, and wire transfers.
• Handle address changes, check orders, ATM cards, loan payments, and stop payments.
• Provide admin support to the commercial banking team and data entry to loan tracking systems.
• Support expeditious loan requests with lending and middle office teams.
• Gather loan due diligence items with lending teams.
• Perform quality reviews of documents, data and file maintenance.
• Manage all loan post-closing activities and reporting for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve client issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
