You will manage account openings, funding, and online setup, while maintaining AML/KYC compliance and strong client communication. A university degree is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account opening and onboarding for deposit and investment products.
• Coordinate funding, asset transfers, and online setup for clients.
• Ensure AML/KYC documentation is collected and compliant.
• Provide guidance to clients and internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain records, monitor SLAs, and build partner relationships.
