Blue Coral Staffing Corp. in Boca Raton seeks a Client Services & Operations Associate to support private aviation operations from inquiry to post-flight follow-up. This on-site role coordinates with advisors, clients, operators and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in private luxury travel or similar high-net-worth client operations, a white-glove service mindset, and the ability to be in-office 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with on-call after hours for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in private luxury corporate travel or related high-net-worth client services.
• Private aviation experience highly preferred or willingness to be trained.
• Strong client-service mindset with white-glove approach.
• Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 and be on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage client private jet/charter requests from inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
• Coordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors including catering and ground transportation.
• Build and manage detailed flight itineraries and trip logistics.
• Monitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status, and operational changes in real time.
• Provide proactive, professional communication to clients before, during and after flights.
• Conduct flight following and ensure smooth execution of all trips.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Assist with flight services including catering, transportation, and special client requests.
• Support administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to flight operations.
• Assist accounting with billing, invoicing, and post-trip reporting.
