Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in account management or customer service.
Aviation and catering knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
Professional fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated primary contact for a portfolio of assigned private jet clients and local FBOs.
Oversee all orders from start to finish with focus on timely execution and client satisfaction.
Awareness of order activity 24/7 through SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Billing to fulfill catering orders and specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities.
Travel and participate in conferences, client meetings as requested.
