Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor and primary relationship steward for assigned Key Accounts.
• Coordinate across scheduling, operations, maintenance, and accounting to deliver unified service.
• Provide strategic account reviews, budgets, and service updates to clients.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of each Key Account’s preferences and requirements.
• Oversee trip planning, communications, and cross-departmental problem solving.
