Jet Access Group is seeking a Charter Sales Advisor in Fishers, IN to drive charter revenue by building direct relationships with high-value clients and converting inquiries into booked trips across our fleet.

The role blends consultative selling with operations know-how, requiring strong CRM use, market awareness, and a proactive drive to grow both retail and wholesale revenue. Hybrid in-office with remote options for seasoned performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Part 135 charter sales or high-volume executive sales.
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business with measurable revenue results.
• Strong consultative selling skills and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships; quote and book wholesale trips.
• Coordinate with Charter Operations to ensure seamless execution of trips.
• Develop retail quotes and convert inquiries into booked trips; manage client travel preferences.
• Review sales data, forecast revenue, and support department goals.
• Identify process improvements and assist onboarding of new team members.
