Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client records, ensure satisfaction, and promote new business within the aviation services sector. You will manage payments, resolve issues, and help select services or products while building partnerships.

Ideal candidates have aviation-related customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet KPIs and SOPs. Flexible to cover various shifts including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• 2 Years of Customer Management experience.
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to identify service enhancements and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of services.
• Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and analyze data.
