Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of direct guest service experience required, preferably casino hosting experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check.
• Ability to work varied hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of the Gila River Indian Community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Oversees the development of relationships with high-value slot and table players to meet their needs.
• Serves as a liaison for casino guests who meet criteria and makes prudent decisions within department guidelines regarding comps.
• Drives productivity through new signups and loyalty program participation, focusing on retention of high-value players.
• Promotes the Players Club Program on the casino floor and assists with planning, coordination and events for Player Development.
