Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury fashion, manage a high-value client book, and excel in sales targets. Excellent English skills and tech proficiency with Excel/Outlook are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in luxury fashion.
• Engaged and active client book driving between $1.8m-$2.5m.
• Proactive sales approach with a track record of achieving personal goals.
• Customer centric, delivering outstanding service and building relationships.
• Leadership and mentoring skills; collaborates with stakeholders outside the department.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; technology literate with Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Profile customers individually based on shopping patterns.
• Provide personalized recommendations with deep product knowledge.
• Represent brand and embody NET-A-PORTER values.
• Follow up promptly with customers from events and partnerships.
• Achieve yearly targets and KPIs; lead by example in sales targets.
• Be the sales expert within the team and deliver 1–2–1 appointments.
• Offer styling advice and identify sales leads from customer lists.
• Increase spend and develop customer loyalty by understanding needs.
• Drive personal appointments to build relationships; adapt to regional client needs.
• Collaborate with the wider business to understand trends and drive business.
