LuxExperience is seeking a talented Personal Shopper for Net-A-Porter in the Miami/Palm Beach area, with remote work options. The role focuses on profiling clients, offering tailored fashion recommendations, and exceeding sales targets while representing the brand and its values.

You will build strong client relationships, manage events, and participate in marketing partnerships to grow the business. Strong English, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Engaged and active client book driving between $1.8m-$2.5m.
• Proactive sales approach, with a track record of achieving personal sales goals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Technology literate, with experience in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern.
• Provide personal recommendations demonstrating product knowledge and client style.
• Represent brand and embody NET-A-PORTER values.
• Achieve yearly targets and KPIs; lead by example and drive sales.
