Job summary

HP seeks a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to drive reseller relationships and growth. You will coordinate partner collaborations, align HP objectives with partner capabilities, and boost HP share of wallet through data-driven strategies.

In this role, you’ll engage with Cpnsultants on growth, lead co-selling efforts, and promote HP’s Future of Work portfolio. Travel to partner sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP end-user sales to grow pipeline.
• Represent HP at partner events, enabling partner sellers to advocate HP strategies.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Analyze market trends and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Lead joint business planning and growth initiatives with partners and HP.
