Job summary

HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite in Texas. The role manages Tier-2 reseller relationships, driving growth through data-driven insights and aligning HP's Future of Work strategy with partner capabilities.

You will coordinate cross-team engagement, educate partner sellers, lead co-selling initiatives, and promote HP offerings while traveling to meet partners. A strong track record in channel distribution and market trends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record managing strategic relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong ability to translate market trends into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand the customer funnel.
• Represent HP at partner events, educating and enabling partner sellers on HP strategies.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated on market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans.
• Develop partners' understanding of actions to grow their business in alignment with HP.
• Lead HP ecosystem orchestration and drive co-selling with partners.
• Promote HP offerings and leverage portfolio knowledge.
• Drive Amplify program and GBU initiatives.
• Engage country PBMs to communicate goals and aggregate Joint Business Plans.
• Travel consistently to meet partners.
