HP, Inc. is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships and drive growth through data-driven insights. You will align partner capabilities with HP objectives, promote HP offerings, and lead co-selling initiatives in a high-velocity environment.

Travel up to 25% is expected; relocation is available. The role emphasizes strategic relationship management, market trend analysis, and use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP end-user sales organizations to expand the customer funnel.
• Represent HP at partner-led events, educating partner sellers on HP’s Future of Work strategy.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers assigned.
• Stay updated with market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans.
• Lead HP ecosystem orchestration to drive co-selling and quota achievement.
