NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership among independent business owners nationwide. You will prospect, present, and close memberships with a proven, five-minute pitch and a field-based schedule designed for high earnings.

This role rewards entrepreneurial spirit with uncapped commissions, paid training, full benefits, and a supportive mission to defend small business rights in Washington, DC and state capitals.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership or leadership experience.
• Relational grit to cold call and build rapport with small business owners.
• Ability to learn and adapt a proven, structured sales model.
• Driven to grow NFIB’s Voice of Small Business and advocate for members.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners in person (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: deliver a concise, 5-minute sales pitch.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: explain NFIB protections to owners in DC and state capitals.
