NFIB is the Voice of Small Business. NFIB seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership by engaging independent business owners, delivering a concise sales presentation, and closing memberships in person.

You will operate as a Hunter/Closer with a proven sales process, earning uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package. Training and support empower your success nationwide, from DC to state capitals.

Qualifications

• Owned a business, ran a department, or managed a territory as if it were your own.
• Proven persistence to conduct face-to-face cold calls.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.
• Committed to growing NFIB and advocating for small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB's protections in DC and state capitals.
