NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join a mission-driven team representing the Voice of Small Business. You will grow the membership by engaging independent business owners in Washington, DC, state capitals, and at the federal level using a proven, five-minute close.

This W-2 role offers paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission & bonus plan, plus mileage reimbursement and a structured path for top performers to earn substantial income.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial experience or ownership or leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to persist through objections and maintain focus on results.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Comfort representing NFIB in political and advocacy contexts.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners in person and build rapport.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sale presentation to enroll members.
• Execute an assumptive one-call close and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB’s advocacy and protections in DC and state capitals.
