• Initiate and monitor third-party processes like title, appraisal, flood certification to ensure timely completion.
• Process complex loan files while ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility prior to underwriting submission and closing.
• Coordinate with originators, underwriters, closers, borrowers, and vendors to facilitate a smooth loan process.
• Mentor and train less experienced loan processors as needed.
• Perform quality control reviews and maintain loan status updates throughout the process.
