Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. seeks a dedicated field technician to perform break‑fix, installations, and ongoing maintenance on Meta displays across the Bellevue area.

You will work autonomously, ensuring optimal performance, brand standards, and timely service within a 40-hour week starting at 8:00 am, with occasional weekend work on advance notice. This full-time role offers competitive pay ($23.50–$25.00 per hour), benefits, paid time off, 401(k), training, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores based on market), while adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of all assigned displays.
• Execute end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Independently manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
• Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Accurately document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock inventory and ensure replacement parts are available to support first-time fix.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel as a trusted field expert.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions; support field ride-alongs as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks with scheduling and same-day reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, required training, certifications, and professional standards.
