Job summary

PGA National Resort (Salamander Palm Beach) is seeking a proactive Club Concierge to welcome Members and guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate concierge services. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and communicating with departments to ensure seamless experiences, while maintaining a polished lobby and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service orientation focused on memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately.
• Manage reservations for activities and coordinate with departments.
• Escort guests to destinations and assist with concierge requests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area.
