Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, FL seeks a Club Receptionist to greet Members and Guests, answer calls, and coordinate reservations with a strong focus on service.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-end private Club or Hotel, plus proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office tools. You will work with Members First and other staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and support during peak times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a high-end private Club or Hotel (preferred).
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a must.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Members First.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to changes while maintaining productivity under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Answers incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Handle reservations and entry in the computer-based system.
• Welcome and direct Members and Guests entering the Club.
• Perform clerical duties such as word processing, filing, photocopying, and collating.
• Create and print catering menus, place cards, and table numbers.
• Maintain reception and office supply area.
