Members Club Concierge

POSITION OBJECTIVE

As a Club Concierge, you will establish a warm, welcome and professional atmosphere for all Members and their guests. You will be the first impression to all - the point of contact for all visitors ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit as well as answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greet, welcome & acknowledge all guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly initial impression; address all Members by name.
• Provide a professional, efficient arrival and departure experience for all guests while creating memorable visits.
• Anticipate and address Member and guest needs.
• Assist Members in all service matters including concierge requests.
• Escort guests to their meeting destinations.
• Manage reservations for requested activities, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support teams to reach common goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring that it reflects a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with guests in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Some college is preferred.
