MileOne Autogroup is seeking a top-producing Finance Manager to join our elite F&I team in a luxury automotive environment where lender relationships and profitability are valued. You will drive finance product sales, service contracts, and provide a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.

The role requires 2+ years as an Automotive Finance Manager, with experience in ERA, ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred. If you’re driven and results-oriented, we want to meet you.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required, luxury preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred.
• Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation.
• Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.
• Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently.
