Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager; luxury preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred.
• Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.
