MileOne Autogroup is hiring a top-performing Finance Manager to join our elite F&I team in a luxury automotive environment. You will manage the F&I process, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional financing experience to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (luxury preferred).
• Experience with ERA, ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred.
• Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process with full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
