You will drive profitability through finance products, service contracts, and protection plans while delivering a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.

This luxury environment rewards performance with no income ceiling; experience with ERA, RouteOne, and lenders is preferred, along with strong leadership and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
• Luxury automotive experience preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA, ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred.
• Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation.
• Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and basic math.

• Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience.
• Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently.
