Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the green industry.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales and account management.
• Proficiency in snow and ice management practices.
• Understanding of proper horticulture practices and basic knowledge of plant pests.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite; ability to learn new software.
• Experience with CRM landscape software is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new leads and clients to address current and prospective work.
• Manage an existing client portfolio for long-term partnerships.
• Conduct meetings with clients to assess needs and propose enhancements.
• Develop new relationships through referrals and networking.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts to increase revenue.
• Generate estimates and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Communicate project scopes to Landscape Manager and teams.
• Perform site visits to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales quotas and ensure profitability aligns with gross margins.
