di Stefano Landscaping in Vermont is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to be the primary liaison for elite residential and commercial clients. You will manage the full lifecycle from initial sales and accurate estimations to production coordination and quality assurance, ensuring year-round service including snow removal.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of landscaping experience, a background in horticulture or landscape design, strong CRM and estimating software skills,

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of professional landscaping experience.
• A degree or coursework in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local plant materials and commercial landscape operations.
• Proficiency in CRM and estimating software; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management: act as the primary liaison, conducting monthly client touchpoints to identify needs, resolve concerns, and ensure total satisfaction.
• Sales & growth: meet annual sales goals by identifying enhancement opportunities, preparing accurate bids, and closing contracts.
• Operational oversight: partner with Production Managers to keep jobs on schedule and under budget while upholding craftsmanship standards.
• Administrative excellence: maintain real-time data in CRM, manage billing of change orders, and coordinate with accounting.
• Vendor relations: interface with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of specialized work.
• Safety & compliance: ensure field procedures follow safety standards and SOPs.
