Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC in Uniondale, NY is seeking a Signature Elite Assistant to support the Personal Lines Account Manager in an in-office setting. You will service insureds, coordinate with carriers, and process policy changes, ID cards, binders, and certificates.

Qualifications include NY P&C Brokers License and a High School diploma (college preferred). Proficiency with Word/Outlook and knowledge of ImageRight, Excel, and PowerPoint are a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification: NY P&C Brokers License.
• High School degree required, college preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook; willingness to learn additional programs.
• Image Right, Excel and PowerPoint are a plus but not required.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Personal Lines Account Manager to service clients and act as the contact for insured producers and carriers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process vehicle changes and issue automobile ID cards, binders, certificates, and evidence of insurance.
• Process policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Resolve billing issues and contribute to a fast-paced, growing team environment.
