Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, call center, etc.).
• Motivated by commission, goal-oriented and persistent.
• Strong communicator, comfortable with sales scripts and CRM tools.
• Able to multitask across multiple screens and systems while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sell home warranty and energy-related products via inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions and overcome objections.
• Hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent service.
• Lead consultative conversations, log calls and follow-ups in CRM.
• Work with coaches to continuously improve performance.
