You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and maintain project records while collaborating with sales and field teams to keep communication clear and consistent. This role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Computer/Administrative Experience.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service Experience.
• Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to homeowners from the point of sale through project completion, creating opportunities for a world-class experience.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, provide information, and facilitate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Coordinate with the sales department and field operations to maintain consistent communication with customers.
