Silver-Care-LLC- is hiring a Home Care Scheduler (Care Specialist) to collect, manage, and report scheduling information, coordinating medical and health services to ensure consistent patient care. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to travel to service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Home Care Scheduler or similar preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to service areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external staffing needs.
• Assign clients to the appropriate clinicians.
• Use cloud-based scheduling software to manage calendars.
• Maintain an up-to-date on-call and backup staff list.
• Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, managers and clients.
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing new staff.
