Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to be registered in all states/territories.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of achieving results.
• Experience understanding the financial needs of retail brokerage clients.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and leverage sales acumen to engage and build relationships with E*TRADE potential HNW clients.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to connect with potential HNW clients.
• Develop understanding of Morgan Stanley products and services and identify opportunities to deliver them to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and complex needs promptly.
• Exceed client expectations and support onboarding, deepening, and retention through education and white-glove service.
• Identify opportunities to gather net new assets from existing clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on E*TRADE platforms to maximize platform usage.
• Maintain focus on sales performance, client satisfaction, and overall experience.
