Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s E*TRADE Premier Relationship Manager role focuses on delivering industry-leading client experience for existing and prospective clients. You will cultivate relationships, provide high-touch service, and connect clients with the full suite of Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE offerings to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent).
• Ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and leverage sales acumen to engage and build relationships with E*TRADE potential HNW clients.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to connect with and engage potential HNW clients.
• Develop understanding of Morgan Stanley products and services to present to high-priority clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and complex client needs promptly.
• Educate clients on E*TRADE platforms and how to maximize offerings.
• Aim to deepen and retain client relationships through high-touch support.
