Job summary

Morgan Stanley, a global financial services firm, seeks a Platinum Relationship Manager to retain and grow its most valuable E*TRADE clients. You will build trusted client connections by understanding investment needs, goals and objectives, while delivering a world-class experience within a small team.

Responsibilities include educating clients on Morgan Stanley products, facilitating trades, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service needs promptly.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of client service experience within financial services.
• Active Licenses: Series 7 and Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive support including product education, knowledge, trade facilitation and connecting E*TRADE clients with the full suite of Morgan Stanley products and services.
• Deliver exceptional client service while cultivating relationships with our highest value E*TRADE clients.
• Exhibiting critical thinking / problem solving to address client issues and deliver a world-class experience.
• Function as a liaison between internal support teams to ensure client service needs are met timely.
• Identify opportunities to maximize Morgan Stanley products and services and overall client value.
• Focus on bottom-line performance and continuously improve sales, customer satisfaction and experience.
• Mitigate risk by adhering to company policies and procedures.
