Job summary

Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial services firm, seeks an E*TRADE Premier Relationship Manager to deliver high-touch service to potential HNW clients and connect them with the full spectrum of Morgan Stanley’s benefits and services.

You will cultivate and deepen client relationships, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and a proactive, high-touch approach to onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and leverage sales acumen to engage and build relationships with potential E*TRADE HNW clients.
• Conduct proactive, high-volume outbound calls to connect with and engage potential HNW clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Morgan Stanley products and services to identify opportunities for the firm with high-priority clients.
• Act as a liaison between internal support teams and stakeholders to ensure inquiries and complex needs are addressed promptly.
• Exceed client expectations and achieve onboarding, deepening, and retention objectives through education and white-glove support.
• Identify and gather net new assets from existing E*TRADE clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on E*TRADE platforms and how to maximize offerings.
• Focus on bottom-line performance and overall customer experience while mitigating risk per policy.
