Morgan Stanley, in the E*TRADE Premium & Specialty Client Solutions group, seeks an Executive Relationship Manager to deliver white-glove service to high-net-worth Workplace executives. You will leverage advisory solutions, managed money, banking and lending, and equity plans to retain and grow key relationships.

You will educate clients on complex equity programs, coordinate with internal teams, and manage a diverse book of corporate clients domestically and internationally while upholding

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to be registered in all states.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of equity compensation and wealth management concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve high-net-worth Workplace executives with white-glove service and support.
• Provide solutions for inquiries, from education to complex transactions.
• Build and manage a book of participants and corporate clients.
• Support domestic and international participants with complex equity plans on Shareworks and Equity Edge.
• Educate participants on 10b5-1 plan intricacies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and risk mitigation.
